Group VII ([v]-ie-[v]), Rule VII, Conjugation

VII.	Abbreviation:	[v]-ie-[v] (#7)

	Description:	Substitution of the strong verb primitive's last vocal for "ie".

	Example verb:	11.	vallen (strong verb)

	Application:	-	the verb's verb primitive ends on a vocal "[v]" and is followed by one consonant (or two, identical consonants).
		-	the vocal is replaced by "ie" in the OVT (Past), e.g. "vallen" => wij vielen", not "wij valden". The Voltooid Deelwoord's (Past Participle) original vocal remains unchanged, e.g. "gevallen".
		-	Verbs, where the Voltooid Deelwoord's (Past Participle) vocal shall be built with a different vocal, are built according to the rules of other strong verbs, e.g. "werpen, wierp, geworpen".

Example:
	OVT (Past):	weak: "maken" => "ik maakte", not "ik miek"
	OVT (Past):	strong: "vallen" => "ik viel", not "ik valde"

Detection:	Verbtime does not detect these verbs automatically as strong verbs. If a verb shall be built strongly according to these rules, then it must be included in the list of strong verbs.
